We often talk to journalists and media outlets about our products, our responsible lending ethos, and our partnerships with leading retailers.
Here are some articles mentioning Fair for You during 2025. These are all written by journalists, so they give an independent point of view about us.

December 2025: Our customer Simon, from South Wales, shared some Christmas money-saving tips with Swansea Bay News. He uses Fair for You’s Shopping Card loan to spread the cost of essentials - including a Christmas dinner on a budget for his family, and food for the beloved family dog, Alfie. Another customer, Sarah from Telford, told The Shropshire Star how Fair for You’s loans were helping out her family after being forced to move house by their landlord.
Also in December our CEO (who is also called Simon), was quoted in The Sun as part of another story with money-saving tips.
November 2025: We announced a partnership with the Charity Shop Gift Card, giving Fair for You customers a new way to get great value items at major UK charity shops. This was reported in articles in London Daily News, The News (a local paper covering Portsmouth) and MSN.
October 2025: We announced Currys as our latest retail partner - and this was mentioned in the Express. The Big Issue also wrote an article about Currys and other retail partners supporting our all-new Shopping Card loan.
Summer 2025: Working with our friends at Iceland, we told journalists about the Iceland Food Club and how helpful it could be for families during the school summer holidays. Stories appeared in The Sun, The Scottish Sun, Yahoo.com, and local and regional newspapers from BirminghamLive and the Lancashire Telegraph to the Oxford Mail, Reading Chronicle, London Post and many more.
We had a few exciting changes on our board over the summer - the appointment of new board member Kumaran Adithyan was reported by retail industry titles Retail Week, Grocery Gazette and others. Another new board member, Mark Trenavin-Body, was written about in The Fintech Times, Credit Connect and elsewhere, while the retirement of our founder Tom Levitt was covered in Civil Society.
We were also grateful to our celebrity supporter Gail Porter, who mentioned us in an interview in The Mirror.
May 2025: We launched our new shopping card, which was mentioned in the Express (print version only), The Big Issue, Grocery Gazette and Retail Destination.
Spring 2025: Around the first Spring Statement given by the new Labour Government, our CEO was quoted in several places talking about economics and personal finance issues impacting our customers, including The Express, The Big Issue, The Telegraph and Retail Gazette.
