How and when you can cancel or change an order once you've submitted a loan application.
Yes. Applying for a loan doesn't commit you right away, even if you're accepted. The products you ordered will only be scheduled for delivery once you've signed your loan documents. You can even cancel your loan if the items have not been delivered, and you can return items directly to the retailer within your 14-day cooling-off period providing they're undamaged and in their original packaging, but a restocking fee may be charged.
If you want to cancel your order for any reason after your loan is set up, please contact us.
If you want to change your order you will need to cancel your loan and submit a new application because our loan applications are linked to specific products.

You can cancel the loan at any time before the item is delivered. If the item is delivered you then have 48 hours to cancel this. Collections are subject to a charge (set by the supplier). The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
If you change your mind or want to order a different product after you have signed your loan agreement you can request for your loan to be cancelled. You will receive an email confirmation when this is cancelled. You will then be able to reapply for an alternative product.
If your product is faulty please contact the retailer who supplied it. They will be able to help resolve your issue.
You will need to contact the supplier within 48 hours of delivery to request a return. Returns are normally subject to a collection charge which is set by the supplier.
Your product has a 12-month warranty included. If you have any problems, please contact the supplier.
