We Get It - Fairness for Real Life Finances

Your hub for advice and support. For customers who deserve respect but don’t always get treated fairly!

We get it.

Money is tight. The cost of living is high. Life can get hectic.

You deserve to be listened to and treated with respect

But we know that often, if you have a low income, receive benefits, have disabilities or health issues, are a single parent or a carer, you don’t get that. You might actually be treated worse.

You deserve to choose what you buy.

You deserve to be trusted to look after your finances.

And yes, you deserve to treat yourself from time to time.

At Fair for You, we get it.

This is our hub for advice and support for customers who deserve that respect but don’t always get treated fairly.

Flexible, affordable loans for whatever life throws at you

Fair for You is different to other lenders. We’re a responsible lender, a not-for-profit, and owned by a charity.

We don’t rely solely on credit scores. We know that other factors, like how you’re repaying things right now, and your current finances, can be more important. Even if you’ve been turned away by another lender, or don’t think you can get a loan, we promise to look at your application fairly and realistically. We just need to know if you take out a loan today, can you afford to pay it back.

We're here to help make sure you get the support that works best for you.

And if we're not the best option, then we'll be upfront about that.

“My family’s finances are stretched by having children with additional needs. My 8 year old has severe autism and he hammers his clothes and shoes - he went through 10 pairs of shoes last year. It used to be very hard to afford to buy healthy food in the school holidays so I’d fill them up with biscuits. Now that I use the Iceland Food Club zero interest credit scheme, I can offer them better food including fruit and veg.”
