Topping Up Your Food Club Card

I've requested a top up, when will this be processed?

Once your top up is approved it will be loaded onto your pre-paid card within 3-5 working days.

We will email you to confirm as soon as it is available.

Can I get in touch to get an update on my top up request?

Due to increased demand during top up windows we will not be able to answer queries about when your top up will be processed, unless it is outside of the window specified.

Please only contact us if you have not received your top up on the 6th working day.

We really appreciate your patience during these very busy periods.
